Terms of Service
1. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price via secure payment gateways. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order becomes binding when we send order confirmation to your email. Orders may be canceled if inventory is unavailable, in which case you will receive a full refund within 7 days.
Minors (under 18): This equipment requires adult supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of climbing equipment and ensuring proper safety measures.
2. Delivery
We deliver across Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) via LP Express parcel terminals. Delivery is free. Delivery times are estimates (typically 2-5 business days). We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
1. Email info@kezo.lt within 14 days stating your decision to cancel
2. Return the unused product in original condition to: UAB "KENTAURO ŽOLELĖ", Architektų g. 5-21, LT-04118 Vilnius, Lithuania
3. You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us
4. You pay return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged in transit
Refunds:
We will refund all payments received from you (including original delivery cost if product is defective) within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refund issued via original payment method.
You cannot return:
- products damaged by improper installation or use;
- products with visible signs of use (chalk marks, mounting holes drilled by customer);
- resistance bands once opened (hygiene reasons - cannot verify condition after contact with skin).
4. Product Safety and Your Responsibilities
⚠️ WARNING: climbing training equipment can cause serious injuries. Common injuries include: tendon and finger damage, shoulder injuries. Use at your own risk!
Safety Requirements:
- hangboards must be mounted to STRUCTURALLY SOUND walls (concrete, solid wood beams, or load-bearing walls) using appropriate hardware for your wall type;
- DO NOT mount on drywall, plasterboard, or hollow walls without proper anchoring to studs or beams;
- inspect mounting hardware and wood for cracks, splits, or damage before EVERY use;
- products designed for experienced climbers with proper training technique - not for beginners;
- if you have pre-existing injuries (fingers, shoulders, elbows) or cardiovascular conditions, consult a physician before use;
- progressive training is essential - attempting advanced exercises without proper conditioning can cause injury;
- natural wood products may have grain, knots, or color variations - these are NOT defects;
- ensure your body weight is appropriate for wooden training equipment. If in doubt - consult with climbing professionals.
Your Responsibilities:
BY PURCHASING, YOU ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR:
- proper installation following included instructions;
- regular inspection and maintenance;
- using equipment appropriate to your physical fitness and skill level;
- consulting medical and training professionals before use;
- all risks associated with climbing training (including tendon injuries, falls, or other injuries).
You acknowledge that:
- no climbing training is risk-free;
- injuries are possible even when using equipment properly;
- the seller cannot guarantee your safety;
- you use this equipment voluntarily and at your own risk.
5. Seller Liability
We are liable for defects in materials or workmanship under EU Product Liability Directive 85/374/EEC and Lithuanian consumer protection law. If a product is defective due to manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace, or refund it.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- injuries or damages from improper installation;
- injuries or damages from inadequate maintenance or inspection;
- injuries or damages from misuse or use beyond your skill level;
- injuries or damages from user negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines;
- normal risks inherent to climbing training;
- consequential damages (e.g., medical costs, lost income, etc.).
Where permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price you paid for the product.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact info@kezo.lt - we will attempt to resolve all disputes amicably.
You have the right to:
- file a complaint with the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt);
- in other EU countries: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies_en
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and all disputes will be resolved in Lithuanian courts.
